Rikki Doak

BIOGRAPHY

A native of Fredericton, Rikki Doak burst onto the scene following an impressive two-medal performance at her first ever Canadian Short Track Championships in 2019.

Doak represented New Brunswick at the 2015 Canada Winter Games in Prince George, earning a silver medal in the women’s relay. She spent a year with the Canadian Regional Training Centre (CRCE) in Montreal before earning a spot on the national team in 2019.

Doak made her World Cup debut during the 2019-2020 season, earning three top-10 individual distance results in her first campaign. In addition to making her debut, Doak and fellow national team member Courtney Sarault made history that season, marking the first time since 2000 that two New Brunswick skaters represented Canada on the World Cup circuit.
