The World Junior Short Track Championships are a junior-level event held annually in which World Championship titles are awarded in each individual distance (500m, 1000m, 1500m), as well as in the men’s 5000m and women’s 3000m relays. Until 2018 there was an overall world champion crowned in both the men’s and women’s division, but this was discontinued in 2019.
