The ISU Four Continents Short Track Championships are an international competition launched in 2019 featuring top competitors from North America, South America, Asia and Oceania. Skaters compete for championship titles in each of the individual distances (500m, 1000m, 1500m), as well as in the men’s 5000m and women’s 3000m relays. The top eight ranked skaters per gender after the individual distances qualify for the 3000m super-final, which helps determine the overall champions.
