Speed Skating Canada in collaboration with Fast & Female organizes two virtual “power hour” workshops for young female speed skaters across the country.
Speed Skating Canada is partnering with Fast and Female to host two virtual Power Hour events, which will give girls aged 12-16 the opportunity to develop leadership skills, get active, and speak to our National, NextGen and Development Team skaters.
This event is FREE and will be hosted in both French and English on Saturday, March 5.
These events are not only a great opportunity for girls already in speed skating to develop leadership skills, but they are also open to the public in order to help get more girls interested in speed skating.
Registration is now open at the below links and will run until we reach 25 participants or until Thursday, March 3. Participants who register before Friday, February 18 will receive their swag prior to the event.
