OTTAWA, ONTARIO – If you thought you would have to wait until the fall to get your speed skating fix, think again! The International Skating Union (ISU) is offering live streams of all the 2018 and 2019 ISU World Championships across all disciplines.


Ninth-place finish highlights Antoine Roger’s performance at 2020 FISU World University Speed Skating Championship

AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS – Antoine Roger, an economics student from Université Laval, recorded a ninth-place finish in the men’s 500m, highlighting a three-event performance at the 2020 FISU World University Speed Skating Championship in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Speed Skating Canada Cancels Remaining Domestic Championships in 2019-20 Season

Speed Skating Canada (SSC) takes the health and safety of everyone in our community very seriously. As we cannot guarantee the safety of competitors, officials, volunteers, families and fans in the face of the current risks regarding the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), SSC staff, with the support of the Board of Directors, have made the difficult decision to cancel the remaining domestic events of the 2019-20 season.
