The ISU Four Continents Speed Skating Championships are an international competition launched in 2019 featuring top competitors from North America, South America, Asia and Oceania. Skaters compete for Four Continents Championship titles in each of the individual distances (500m, 1000m, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 10,000m and Mass Start), as well as in the Team Pursuit and Team Sprint.
