The Membership Search Page is a permission protected search page that enables IceReg administrators to search the IceReg database for membership validation purposes.

SSC’s Data Use Consent and Release Agreement provides registrants or their guardians (if a registrant is under the age of majority) the option to opt out of the use and disclosure of personal information. Registrants or their guardians (if a registrant is under the age of majority) who have submitted an opt out request to SSC are identified in IceReg. Download this guide to learn more.

All IceReg administrators are required to read and sign SSC’s Database User Agreement annually via the IceReg platform. This agreement ensures that all IceReg administrators fully understand their roles and responsibilities when accessing the personal information of members of the Canadian speed skating community stored in the IceReg platform.
